The house is composed of a studio apartment, bath and the cooking niche. The cooking niche is equipped with stove, refrigerator, washing machine, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker (expresso and filter), silverware, dishes, various pots, glasses, cups, blender, yogurt maker, etc.
The hi-fi niche is equipped with a 21-inch television, satellite receiver (some programs in English and many in German, French, Italian, Arabic etc. etc.). Hi-fi stereo is provided by DVD, video recorder and a radio. Always at the disposition of the guests are novels, comic strips, video cassettes, a variety of books, CDs (classical music, Jazz, etc.).
Sleeping niche is composed of a double-bed with foam mattress which can be folded away during the day if desired, a single single sleeping couch which folds away in the same easy-to-operate manner. If required there is also a very confortable air mattres.
There is a wall closet for the suits, another behind the mirror for various laundry, and other two cupboards behind the two largest pictures. In addition, there are drawers, a shoes closet for about 9 pairs of shoes, iron, ironing board with drying facilities besides playing cards, popcorn maker, binoculars, etc.
A safe is also provided in the studio apartment for the use of the guest.
The bath is composed of a WC, two types of bidet , large shower stall (90x90 cm; 3 x 3 ft), heater, and cupboard for the laundry. Warm water is furnished by solar panels with backup a gas water heater.
The studio apartment is air-conditioned and is very comfortable both in summer and in winter.
For those who prefer not to use the air-conditioning there are two ventilators which can be switched from the bed. One oscillates on the double bed, the other is on the ceiling next to the single bed.
The table is big enough for 6 people and it has 4 chairs, all of which can be folded and stored, if necessary.
Everything has been studied to have maximum comfort in least space possible!
I forgot the vacuum cleaner! Sheets for the two beds, and for the inflatable one, table cloths, towels for the bath and bathrobes.
